These knee sleeves not only help to limit swelling, but also protect the injured knee. The neoprene generates heat, which provides increased warmth to the knee, thereby increasing circulation and decreasing pain. The thickness of neoprene also helps restrict excess motion and provides added support.

HOW TO APPLY: Insert foot into knee support and slide the support up and over the knee. For proper fit, the top of the support should be positioned approximately four inches above the center of the kneecap.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap before wearing. Wrap in towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
