Mediven Sheer & Soft 8-15 mmHg Closed Toe Women's Thigh High Stockings are available in natural, ebony and wheat. These thigh highs feature a lace top with silicone bands to hold the stockings in place without the need for a garter belt. Mediven Sheer & Soft are the sheerest medical compression stockings on the market. They are preferred four to one by compression stocking wearers. In addition to being the sheerest, independent studies found them softer and more durable. Unlike many sheer stockings, these stockings do not utilize silicone on their yarns permitting added breathability and improved moisture regulation making them cooler and dryer than the leading competition.
